Life has a way of surprising us, doesn't it? As a 100% service-disabled Army Veteran and a mother of five wonderful boys, my life has been nothing short of an adventure. Alongside my husband, a fellow military veteran, we've navigated the challenges of military service, parenthood, and the unforeseen twists and turns that life has thrown our way.
It was during one of those twists that the idea for Spoonie Magic was born. Living with chronic illness, I discovered the therapeutic power of art and creativity, particularly adult coloring. The act of putting color to paper provided me with a sense of peace and control in a world that often felt overwhelming. It was my refuge, my sanctuary, and my therapy.
